Full Bio
Life can bring unexpected challenges, but you don’t have to face them alone. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I provide an inclusive, safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming space where you can explore, heal, and grow. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and with the right support, tools, and skills, you can learn to better cope with life’s challenges. As a holistic, person-centered therapist, I help children, teens, and adults navigate challenges such as eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief, intergenerational trauma, and acculturation stress.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you feel more connected to yourself. Together, we can explore what works best for you.
Everyone deserves a safe space to feel seen, understood, and supported. I aim to walk alongside you in this process of self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment. Reaching out for help can feel daunting, but it’s also a courageous first step. Please let me know how I can support you.
