Trauma Informed Therapy
Compassionate, evidence-based therapy for emotional healing, resilience, and whole-body wellness.
Supporting Mental Health as Part of Whole-Body Care
At Buffalo Nutrition & Dietetics, PLLC, we believe healing begins when both the mind and body are addressed together. Unresolved trauma, chronic anxiety, and emotional distress often contribute to physical symptoms like fatigue, inflammation, and poor digestion — even when nutrition is optimized.
Our trauma-informed therapy services are designed to help individuals process the deeper emotional patterns that may be holding them back from full wellness. This therapeutic work supports mental clarity, nervous system regulation, and sustainable behavior change.

Why Trauma-Informed Therapy Matters
When past experiences go unprocessed, they can show up in the body in subtle yet powerful ways — from chronic stress and digestive issues to sleep disruption and inflammation. Trauma-informed therapy provides the space and support to work through those experiences in a safe, structured environment.
Integrating this work into your overall care plan allows for deeper healing, greater self-regulation, and a stronger foundation for physical wellness.
