Women’s Mental Health Coaching offers a supportive, personalized space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your emotional health. Through compassionate guidance and evidence-based strategies, you can build resilience, reclaim balance, and move forward with clarity.
Who You’ll Work With
Our program is led by Arianna Coppola, MSW, LMSW, a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Women’s Mental Health Coach. Arianna combines her clinical background and holistic coaching expertise to help women:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Build confidence and self-esteem
Strengthen relationships
Develop emotional balance
Set and achieve personal goals
Her approach blends functional medicine lifestyle principles with modern coaching techniques to support your mind, body, and spirit.

Each coaching program is tailored to your individual needs and may include:
Comprehensive wellness assessments
Goal-setting and strategic action planning
Mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques
Positive psychology
Motivational interviewing
Non-clinical cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies
Sleep hygiene, movement recommendations, and more
Weekly messaging check-ins via the Healthie app
Collaboration with other members of your care team as needed
Coaching is not a substitute for clinical therapy or diagnosis. If a clinical level of mental health support is needed, you’ll be referred to our in-house therapist, Allison Plunkett, LCSW.

Foundational Wellness Program
A great starting point for women looking to establish healthier habits and improve emotional well-being.
Includes:
Initial wellness assessment (60 minutes)
Two 45-minute sessions per month
Educational materials on stress, sleep, and movement
Functional movement assessment
Weekly app check-ins
Mindfulness tools
Access to wellness resources
Optional care team collaboration
Holistic Health Transformation Program
Ideal for women seeking deeper, sustained change across multiple areas of life.
Includes:
FREE initial wellness assessment (60 minutes)
Four 45-minute sessions per month
All features of the Foundational Program
Enhanced support and accountability
Ongoing lifestyle strategy refinement

Need targeted support or wish to add to an existing plan?
Initial wellness assessment (60 mins): $125
Follow-up coaching sessions (45 mins): $100
Functional movement assessment (30 mins): $75
All services are customizable. Payment is required prior to the start of services. A free 15-minute consultation is available to determine the best fit.
